Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Present proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
