Senior Process Executive-Voice

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive-R2R with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP UiPath and MS Excel along with strong domain skills in Fixed Assets Accounting & Analysis Cost Accounting & Analysis and Financial Accounting & Control. This hybrid role requires night shift work but does not involve travel.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Oversee the maintenance and analysis of fixed assets to ensure accurate accounting and reporting.

Utilize SAP for financial transactions ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Implement and manage automation processes using UiPath to enhance efficiency.

Conduct detailed cost accounting and analysis to support business decision-making.

Ensure financial controls are in place and adhered to minimizing risks and ensuring compliance.

Prepare and review financial statements ensuring they reflect accurate financial positions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.

Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to drive business performance.

Utilize MS Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.

Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in R2R processes.

Demonstrate expertise in SAP UiPath and MS Excel.

Have strong domain skills in Fixed Assets Accounting & Analysis Cost Accounting & Analysis and Financial Accounting & Control.

Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Show excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Certifications Required

Certified SAP Professional UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel
