Job Description
- Oversee compliance with covenants for all assigned accounts, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and credit policies.
- Analyze covenant data periodically to identify early warning indicators, escalating potential breaches when necessary.
- Work directly with credit officers and relationship managers to address covenant breaches and recommend corrective actions.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility on covenant compliance and highlight trends.
- Monitor SNC exposures to ensure alignment with internal limits and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform risk assessments of accounts with high concentration risk, analyzing potential impacts on the overall portfolio.
- Collaborate with risk management to recommend adjustments to exposure limits based on portfolio composition and risk profile.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on SNC exposure and concentration limits.
- Strong communication, documentation, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative
- Broad consulting and project management skills, effective written and oral communication skills
- Pursue passions beyond work and invest in your wellbeing
- Graduate in any Specialization
