About the job:
Role And Responsibility:
- Identifying new business development opportunities in domestic markets.
- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Lusha, Hub Sport, UpLead, Cold calling & Cold emailing etc.)
- Relationship management with existing and potential clients.
- Understanding and analysing business & technical requirements from clients.
- Quality checking of company's sales processes.
- Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues.
- Networking to gain potential leads.
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and sales knowledge development
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings and updated sales funnel.
Required Skill:
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.
- Must have deep understanding of marketing principles.
- Must be self-motivated and a good team player.
- Must have strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development, and sales knowledge development.
