- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (Domestic Staffing) to join our growing team in India.
- This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving business growth in the domestic staffing market.
- The ideal candidate will use their industry knowledge and network to identify new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and provide staffing solutions that meet client needs.
- This role requires a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to expanding our staffing footprint in India.
Client Acquisition:.
- Utilize your existing network to identify and bring in new clients in the staffing and recruitment sector within the Indian market.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new clients within the staffing industry.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Should have experience in end to end client interactions, requirements gathering, client coordination, account management, escalation management, team management and served as a SPOC for all clients.
- Arrange appointments, calls and meetings between senior management and new customers for discussing new opportunities and for business expansions.
Relationship Building:.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand their hiring needs, staffing challenges, and business objectives to offer tailored solutions that address their requirements.
Qualifications:.
- Extensive experience in sales and business development, with a sharp focus on contract IT staffing.
- Proven track record in client acquisition/Account management and deal closures in IT staffing within the Indian market.
- Deep understanding of the staffing landscape, pricing models, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
