Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (4-5 yrs)

Job Description:

Designation: Business Development Manager

Location - Remote

Role - Contract for 5 months (can be extended)

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in IT and Non-IT recruitment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.

- Present our recruitment services and solutions to potential clients.

- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

- Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure successful client deliveries.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

- Look for a relevant candidate with the help of team member and source individually when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

- 4+ years of sales experience in recruitment and staffing industry

- Proven experience as a Business Development or in a similar role in the recruitment industry (IT & Non-IT preferred).

- Should have a laptop.

- Strong network and client base in the recruitment sector.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
