CTO role with an NBFC based in Mumbai catering to SME/MSME lending

Job Title: Head - Information Technology (CTO)

Reporting Head: CEO

Location: Mumbai

Industry: NBFC catering to SME/MSME lending

Reportees: IT Ops, IT Application, IT Infra.

Budget : Upto 60 LPA fixed

Role and Responsibilities:

- Ensure IT delivery and project management of IT deliveries for key organizational projects are managed as per time, cost, and quality objectives. STP enablement of processes; wherever possible.

- Directs teams of technical, professional and management staff in the successful fulfilment of IT service delivery commitments.

- Cost management of IT spends through use of Open source, smart use of cloud, existing platforms for delivering new solutions.

- Provide Business As Usual (BAU) support to all Business Units for technology enablement and support for daily business processes. Develop new systems as per Business needs.

- Oversees the execution of enterprise technology standards, governance processes and performance metrics to ensure IT delivers value to the enterprise.

- Directs risk evaluation and compliance management processes.

- Drives infrastructure planning, engineering and deployment.

- Ensure development and implementation of comprehensive IT policy covering all aspects of IT infrastructure, Software, Hardware & Applications, Information Security and BCP/DR

- Develop IT processes and protocols to ensure implementation of policy measures

- Directs resource management, with reference to the IT workforce plan to deliver against the IT strategy.

- Manage portfolio of Infra and applications projects undertaken by the IT function

- Track innovations in technology and its implications on the organization's business as well potential application of the same to provide strategic advantage.

- Procure hardware, software and networking products to provide best solution at the right price.

- Manage vendors/partner relationship and ensure governance to extract contracted value

- Draw up IT Budget and monitor the same for fiscal governance
