Job Title: Vice President - Sales & Operaêons
Locaêon: Sector-142, Noida, Uê¢ar Pradesh
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Operaê¢ons Head to lead our sales and
operaê¢ons teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and
implemenê¢ng operaê¢onal strategies, and ensuring seamless execuê¢on of sales and operaê¢onal
processes.
Key Responsibiliê¢es:
Sales :
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development
opportuniê¢es.
3. Build and maintain relaê¢onships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Idenê¢fy new business opportuniê¢es and develop strategies to pursue them.
5. Analyze sales performance data and make data-driven decisions to opê¢mize sales strategies.
Operaê¢ons :
1. Develop and implement operaê¢onal strategies to opê¢mize eï¬ciency, producê¢vity, and customer
saê¢sfacê¢on.
2. Oversee the management of day-to-day operaê¢ons, including supply chain management, logisê¢cs,
and inventory management.
3. Lead and manage a team of operaê¢ons professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and
development opportuniê¢es.
4. Idenê¢fy areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase eï¬ciency and reduce
costs.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Leadership:
1. Provide leadership and vision to the sales and operaê¢ons teams.
2. Foster a culture of collaboraê¢on, innovaê¢on, and customer-centricity.
3. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
4. Communicate eï¬ecê¢vely with stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and senior
management.
Requirements :
1. Educaê¢on : PGDM/MBA (full ê¢me) from a reputed College/University in related ï¬eld.
2. Experience : Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales and operaê¢ons (1-2 years as Operaê¢ons
Head).
3. Skills:
