Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location : Sector-142, Noida,Uttar Pradesh
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and help drive the growth of our online application and data analysis solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses optimize their operations through innovative technology.
Key Responsibility :
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify potential customers through research
and market analysis. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual
and team targets. Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients,highlighting their
benefits and competitive advantages.
3. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with
customers. Act as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to sales closure.
5. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
6. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management. Use data-driven insights to improve sales tactics.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience:
o 2+ years of sales experience, ideally within software, technology, or data analysis sectors. Freshers with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career are also encouraged to apply.
3. Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM so
o Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience in selling SaaS, software solutions, or data analytics services.
2. Familiarity with sales analytics tools like Excel, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
3. Experience in Export & Import Industry
4. Sales certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Certification, Salesforce Certified).
