Civil Site Engineer

Job Profile:

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves leading a team of civil engineers and technicians, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Industrial Construction & Renewable Project etc. Specialisation: More Exposure to, Industrial Construction Project Education: B.E in Civil PG or MBA Construction Job Location: HO, Pune Office, Maharashtra. Open Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and leading engineering teams. • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, regulations, and safety standards. • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project). Roles and Responsibilities • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.

• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and guidance.

• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications

• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

• Approve and track project expenses and change orders.
