Position Overview:

Seahawk Synergy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Executive in Management Information Systems (MIS) to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing, maintaining, and enhancing our data systems to ensure seamless reporting, analysis, and decision-making processes across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Google-based tools and advanced Excel skills, along with the ability to generate meaningful insights through effective data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Maintenance
  Efficiently manage and maintain large datasets across various platforms, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• MIS Reporting & Analysis
  Design, develop, and deliver regular and ad-hoc MIS reports for different departments. Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings.
• Google Tools Proficiency
  Utilize Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Forms, Google Data Studio, and Google Apps Script for automating processes, reporting, and data management.
• Report Generation & Presentation
  Create and present data reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel & Pivot Tables
  Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) to organize, analyze, and report on data.
• Looker & Data Visualization
  Leverage Looker to build interactive and visually appealing data dashboards that allow for data-driven decision-making.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
  Work closely with different departments to understand their reporting needs and ensure they have accurate and timely data to support decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement
  Identify and implement process improvements related to data management, reporting, and system efficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Expert-level proficiency in Google Systems: Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Forms, Google Data Studio, Google Apps Script.
• Advanced Excel skills: Including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other advanced functions.
• Experience with Looker: Knowledge in creating data visualizations and reports using Looker.
• Strong understanding of Data Management and Maintenance: Managing large datasets while ensuring integrity and accessibility.
• MIS Reporting: Ability to produce clear and insightful reports for business decision-making.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling and processing data is crucial.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to extract insights from data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Communication Skills: Clear communication of complex data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven experience working in a similar MIS or data management role.
• Hands-on experience in automating processes using Google Apps Script.
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in an MIS, data management, or reporting-focused role.
