Job Description: Seahawk Synergy Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage project execution, drawing analysis, erection planning, and commissioning activities at our Rihand, Uttar Pradesh site. This role is part of the MPW project for the Flue-Gas Desulphurisation (FGD) systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical systems, resource allocation, and quality assurance, ensuring all work aligns with industry standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities: - Study, verify, and propose amendments to electrical and civil drawings to ensure feasibility and compliance.

- Develop and coordinate monthly and weekly erection plans with the planning department, contractors, and clients.

- Implement standard operating procedures for utility and automated process systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. - Manage contracts, finalize documentation, and oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and dispatch clearances.

- Conduct inspections, review design drawings, and ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications. - Oversee material take-off (MTO) finalization, bill of quantity (BOQ) preparation, and resource allocation for efficient project execution.

- Supervise no-load and load trials, feeder trial checks, and full commissioning while maintaining proper documentation.

- Maintain clear communication with clients, project teams, and management to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience in electrical project execution, quality control, and commissioning.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and automated process systems.

- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor project timelines while coordinating with various stakeholders.

- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for electrical systems.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
