Role & responsibilities The Desk Engineer lead and manage overall operations of the plant as the top priority. This role involves ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the power plant by continuously monitoring parameters, adjusting controls, and coordinating with field operators. Should have adequate knowledge of start up/ shut down and emergency handling of BTG & Its auxiliaries. It plays a critical role in optimizing plant performance while adhering to operational procedures, safety regulations

Preferred candidate profile 3 and above Years of experience in Power Plant Operation Capacity > 200 MW (for 300 MW Units), >100 MW for (135 MW Units) with PF Boiler
