Assistant General Manager - Projects - Construction (15-24 yrs)

- Project Duration for Bangladesh is 1 yr and post that he/she would be deputed to India to manage Indian Projects.

- Multiple Projects are running in India - Karnataka, Andra, Telangana, Rajasthan, MP, Gujarat

- Candidate should have experience into Construction Management and should have overseas exp as must.

- Candidates will get Work Visa for an yr and no family Visa.

Note: candidate who worked for complete project start to commissioning including DC, AC work for solar projects with a Minimum of 100 MW Capacity,

Construction Manager Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.

- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor building and safety regulations compliance.

- Cost Controlling of the project.

- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.

- Meet contractual conditions of performance. Review the work progress daily.

- Prepare internal and external reports about job status.

- Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.

- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

- Negotiating contracts with vendors, including prices and terms of payment.

- Monitoring project performance and ensuring that the project is completed according to the agreed-upon schedule and within budget guidelines.

- Managing all aspects of the project, such as selecting contractors, obtaining permits, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure compliance with building codes.

- Scheduling work crews, ordering materials, and tracking progress daily.

- Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the project.

- Working with clients to determine their needs, designing custom solutions, and estimating costs.

- Reviewing engineering plans and conducting inspections during construction to ensure compliance with building codes and specifications.

- Communicating regularly with clients on project status and providing updates on any changes to the timeline or plan.

- Effective utilization of the resources.
