Responsibilities:
1. Food Preparation:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for cooking according to recipes and portion specifications.
- Follow standard recipes and cooking techniques under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Handle and store food items safely and hygienically to maintain freshness and quality.
2. Cooking Techniques:
- Learn and execute basic cooking techniques such as grilling, frying, baking, saut ing, and roasting.
- Monitor food cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
- Assist in the plating and presentation of dishes in accordance with culinary standards.
3. Kitchen Operations:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workstations, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating perishable items, and notifying supervisors of shortages.

Qualifications:
