8. Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as front desk, maintenance, and FB, to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding guest needs and room statuses.
9. Reporting: Generating reports on housekeeping operations, including room occupancy, cleanliness scores, and maintenance issues. Providing regular updates to management on departmental performance.
10. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
