Job Description:

- Lead and build a team of high performance BDRs who are consistently building a warm pipeline for AEs to close.

- Identify intent signals and create outreach strategies for pipeline creation.

- Work with marketing team to understand trends and craft outreach execution strategy.

- Act as feedback mechanism for marketing team to better target and run with better messaging.

- Manage, train & monitor performance of the BDR team.

- Oversee the creation of personalized video content and manage cold calling strategies.

- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Quickly understand and implement new concepts and strategies.

- Drive creative initiatives for engaging prospects and boosting SQLs.

- Cultivate conversations with potential clients, turning interactions into meaningful product discussions.

- Stay informed about industry trends and developments.

- Leverage CRM systems effectively, with bonus points for hands-on CRM exp.
