Associate Director - Finance

- Scrabble is exclusively mandated to hire an Associate Director - Finance for a rapidly growing female wellness brand based in Mumbai.

- This is a unique opportunity to lead financial strategy in a high-growth environment as the brand expands across e-commerce, quick commerce, and offline retail (MT, D-Mart, Reliance Wellness, Wellness Forever), with general trade on the horizon.

Must-Have Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in FP&A & controllership

- Big 4/Big 6 audit experience preferred

- 4-5 years in FMCG or a high-growth sector

- Strong financial acumen, cost control & strategic planning skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial planning, budgeting & forecasting

- Controllership, compliance & risk assessment

- Audit, financial reporting & external compliance

- Strategic financial decision-making with leadership

Location: Wadala, Mumbai

Work Mode: 5 days/week
