Role Overview:

- As a Business Finance Lead, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making to drive profitability and scalability.

- You will work closely with founders, business teams, and investors to ensure financial health and sustainability while supporting the company's rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's growth plans.

- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to ensure financial stability.

- Provide data-driven insights to drive business decisions and improve performance.

Business Finance & FP&A:

- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support key business initiatives.

- Track and optimize unit economics, pricing strategies, and cost structures.

- Partner with different business verticals to analyze profitability, revenue streams, and expenses.

Financial Operations & Compliance:

- Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and financial controls.

- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and audits.

- Manage investor relations, fundraising efforts, and due diligence for potential investors.

Growth & Performance Optimization:

- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and revenue enhancement opportunities.

- Leverage data analytics and automation tools to improve financial reporting.

- Support business teams with ROI analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning.

What We're Looking For:

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Finance, or Strategic Finance.

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.

- Hands-on experience in startup environments - ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setup.

- Proven track record of budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing financial performance.

- Expertise in financial tools, ERP systems, and business intelligence dashboards.

- Understanding of healthcare, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses is a plus.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with leadership and investors.
