Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, audits, cash flow management, and strategic advisory.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial efficiency, compliance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Develop and maintain financial models to drive business planning and decision-making.

- Conduct variance analysis and forecasting to optimize financial performance.

- Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to management.

Auditing & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.

- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

- Implement and maintain robust financial controls.

Cash Flow & Financial Controlling:

- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.

- Ensure timely payments, cost control, and risk mitigation.

- Optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Strategic Financial Advisory:

- Support senior management in investment and expansion decisions.

- Conduct financial risk assessments and provide strategic recommendations.

- Work closely with business teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Funding & Due Diligence (Preferred):

- Assist in fundraising activities, investor relations, and due diligence.

- Analyze financial statements for potential investments and partnerships.

- Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic financial transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.

- 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, auditing, cash flow management, or financial controlling.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP systems.

- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and auditing standards.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
