Business Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis :

Develop and maintain financial models to provide actionable insights.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.

Budget Management :

Oversee and manage the preparation of budgets and financial plans.

Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for optimization.

Cost Control :

Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or operations.

Revenue Optimization :

Analyze revenue streams and recommend strategies for maximizing profitability.

Monitor and report on key financial metrics.

Compliance & Risk Management :

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards.

Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business goals.

Present financial insights and recommendations to the Co-founder and board members.

Process Improvement :

Streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in a finance or business finance role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel.

Familiarity with financial systems and tools and excellent communication and presentation skills.
