About the role:

- As the Finance manager at Zamp, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial initiatives.

- You'll be responsible for overseeing various financial functions with a strategic lens, including financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, entity planning and structuring, and product pricing.

- Your insights and strategic thinking will directly contribute to Zamp's growth trajectory and market positioning in the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Zamp's long-term goals and market positioning

- Lead the FP&A function to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

- Develop financial models to support business initiatives and assess performance metrics.

- Evaluate potential M&A opportunities and conduct financial due diligence.

- Assess and optimize Zamp's corporate structure for efficiency and compliance.

- Evaluate tax implications and implement strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

- Coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

- Work with Product and GTM teams to develop pricing strategies for Zamp's products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with product value proposition and market demand.

Qualifications & Skill Set Required:

- MBA with a strong foundation in finance, accounting, or a related field.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovative financial solutions

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and bring them to a conclusion.
