Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and versatile Marketing Lead to be the first marketing hire within our startup.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing strategy and establishing a strong brand presence.
This position will involve overseeing all aspects of marketing, including (but not limited to) brand marketing, social media marketing, partner and channel marketing, employee branding and messaging, product marketing, and customer communication
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, establishing a strong brand presence and enhancing market visibility across multiple markets (US, Singapore, Middle East, India)
- Lead and manage all areas of marketing, including brand marketing, social media marketing, partner and channel marketing, employee branding and messaging, product marketing, and customer communication
- Work directly and very closely with the founder to understand the company's vision and values, and translate them into compelling brand messaging and marketing initiatives
- Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy to enhance the company's online presence, engage with the target audience, and drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and enhance overall marketing effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in marketing for startups is a strong plus
- 4-8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of brand development, messaging, and social media marketing
- Versatility and adaptability, with the ability to contribute to various areas of marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- A proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and an eagerness to contribute to the growth and success of the company
