Strategy Development:
- Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy & plan aligned with the startup's growth plans.
- Establish clear recruitment goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Develop and implement scalable recruitment processes and policies to support rapid growth.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent using various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals,
and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure the best cultural and skills fit.
- Perform offer discussion with the candidates and extend offer
Employer Branding:
- Build and promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Create and maintain a compelling candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions, specifications, and recruitment plans.
- Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress to the executive team.
