Associate Director - Supply Chain - eCommerce & D2C (5-15 yrs)

As the Associate Director - Supply Chain, you will lead and optimize the supply chain operations, ensuring seamless fulfilment and delivery for E-Commerce and D2C channels. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage key partnerships, and drive innovation in supply chain technology and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Supply Chain Management :

- Design and implement robust supply chain strategies aligned with the business's E-Commerce and D2C growth objectives.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost efficiency.

Partnership & Vendor Management :

- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and other external partners.

- Oversee vendor performance, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery standards.

Technology Integration :

- Drive the adoption of advanced supply chain technologies for order management and tracking.

- Ensure seamless integration of supply chain tech with other business systems.

Operational Excellence :

- Oversee end-to-end product distribution and fulfillment processes.

- Lead initiatives to streamline operations for faster and more reliable delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Act as the central point for coordination among suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service to align supply chain activities with business needs.

Team Leadership :

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
