2. About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join us as the 'Head of Brand and Strategy' to lead and drive the strategic direction of our brand. She / he will report to the Head of Marketing. This individual will be responsible for building, refining, and executing brand strategies that resonate with our target audience, align with business objectives, and position the organization as a leader in its industry. With a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and innovative marketing techniques, the ideal candidate will have the skills to translate insights into impactful brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Management

- Develop and execute creative and engaging social media strategies.

- Create high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to platform-specific requirements (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

2. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute creative and engaging social media strategies.

3. Market Analysis and Insights

- Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

- Translate insights into actionable plans to enhance brand equity and relevance.

4. Campaign Development

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with the brand's vision.

- Collaborate with creative, digital, and external agencies to develop innovative content and messaging.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with product, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence.

- Act as the primary liaison with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to ensure effective brand representation.

6. Performance Measurement

- Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of branding efforts.

- Regularly track and report on campaign performance, brand health, and ROI.

7. Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing brand and strategy team.

- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability within the department.

3. Key Qualification and Skills

- Experience: 10-14 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related fields, with proven leadership in senior roles.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.

Skills:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Expertise in brand positioning, campaign development, and market analysis.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing and emerging trends in branding.

Attributes:

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

- Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Passion for building and nurturing strong brands.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Creativity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new content formats and strategies.

- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).

- Experience with paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.
