Brand Lead
This client of ours is a leading brand that blends fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being into a seamless lifestyle-where every workout feels like an experience, every meal fuels your potential, and every step is backed by science and innovation.
A pioneer in holistic health, it has redefined the way people approach wellness, making it engaging, accessible, and results-driven.
- They are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help them build the house of fitness brands under their umbrella.
- He/She will work with multiple teams as well as the top leadership of their organization to find what makes them unique and cool and to communicate it effectively.
- The brand manager will help shape the company's brand strategy based on core insights & bring forth the brand's positioning via a mix of offline ATL, BTL, Digital and Celeb campaigns.
- To do that, she/he will need to uncover consumer insights and strategize innovative marketing campaigns.
- He/she will put together a machinery to understand what attracts our members, what are the potential prospects and to think deeply on how they can improve member/ brand love, on a continuous basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Articulate brand positioning, update/ revamp brand books for each of the brands under the parent company house of brands
- Help in shaping the brand's vision & proposition and communicate the same to the outside world via effective channel mix
- Set up process/machinery for generating and understanding consumer insights on an ongoing basis
- Lead a team of core brand marketing folks to ensure effective thinking and brand work
- Work closely with in house creative/ external agencies to develop a cool, fresh creative idea pipeline and execute it effectively across relevant channels
- Establish a new brand campaign playbook and set up an effective process for measuring brand performance and impact
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Agency/ partner management and effective celeb management and engagement
- Working with the team to organize events, ongoing in center & market activations
They are looking for someone who has:-
- 6-10 years of experience in brand management.
- Proven track record of success in building and managing brands.
- Experience working with New-Age D2C brands (highly preferred)
- Strong strategic thinking and brand positioning expertise
- Creativity and a fresh perspective on branding
- MBA from a Tier-1 university (a plus)
