Global HR Operations Manager - Tech Startup (8-15 yrs)

Scrabble has been mandated to hire Global HR Ops Manager for tech startup in #Bangalore.

The incumbent will have to :

- Lead and manage the global HR operations function, ensuring efficient and consistent HR processes across all regions.

- Oversee and manage payroll administration, onboarding, offboarding, background verification, benefits administration, and HRIS systems for a seamless employee experience across all regions.

- Develop and implement onboarding programs that effectively integrate new hires into the company culture and equip them to succeed in their roles.

- Foster consistent HR practices while adapting to local needs and regulations to create a positive and inclusive work environment for employees.
