Lead - Talent Acquisition - Tech Startup (10-15 yrs)

Scrabble has been mandated to hire #TALead for new an early age tech startup in #Bangalore.

The incumbent will have to :

- Drive the end-to-end global hiring process for technical and non-technical roles.

- Design and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to each business's unique needs.

- Optimizing the talent acquisition process.

- Strategic Talent Advisor, Partner with business leaders across APAC to develop comprehensive hiring plans.

- Ensuring open roles are positioned effectively to attract top talent.

- Leverage diverse sourcing channels to identify top talent for roles across various technology stacks
