Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits:
- Design and implement competitive C&B structures aligned with industry benchmarks.
- Lead salary benchmarking, pay structure design, and incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and manage benefits administration.
HR Analytics:
- Develop and drive data-driven HR strategies for workforce planning and decision-making.
- Monitor key HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights for leadership.
- Automate HR dashboards and reports to improve efficiency.
Shared Services:
- Oversee HR operations, payroll, and compliance functions.
- Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Drive automation and technology adoption within HR for scalability.
Key Requirements:
- 15-20 years of HR experience in large corporates.
- Proven expertise in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, and Shared Services.
- Strong understanding of HR technology, automation, and compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
