About the Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a full-time MBA to drive corporate hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in candidate engagement, interviewing, stakeholder management, and handling high-volume hiring. This role is focused on non-IT hiring and requires experience working with large conglomerates or group companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate (non-IT) roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Candidate Engagement & Experience: Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.
- Interviewing & Selection: Conduct and coordinate interviews, ensuring alignment with business expectations.
- SLA & TAT Compliance: Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Time (TAT) for all hiring processes.
- High-Volume Hiring: Handle multiple closures per year, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment.
- Market Insights & Talent Mapping: Keep track of industry trends and competitor hiring strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Full-time MBA in HR or a related field.
- Prior experience in corporate hiring for large conglomerates or group companies.
- Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of multiple closures annually.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
