Job Description
Identity Access Management Lead: Role Accountability
Identity Access Management Programme Activities:
A- Lead Identity Access Management (IAM) Privilege Access management (PAM) program in support of the functional company strategy, goals, and performance objectives
B- Overall accountability for development, implementation, and effectiveness of IAM program, related initiatives, and capabilities
C- Undertake enhancement planning, providing input on capabilities and methods used for IAM, and driving improvements
D-Run maintain IAM PAM framework, support compliance and risk management activities
E-Own the Identity Access Management policy and standard, Develop IAM Governance framework, support compliance and risk management activities
F- Assist development and implementation of technical IAM organization-wide strategies and policies.
G- Drive the implementation/rollout of applications related to identity and access management (Access, Authentication, Authorization)
H- Provide consultation to support the design, integration and operational processes to enable business functions as they align the various technology products that support IAM to their security, risk management and compliance framework
I- Define, update/validate and monitor appropriate access structure to protect the business from unauthorized access and to ensure regulatory compliance
J- Ensure procedures related to account access administration and SOPs are clearly document, updated and adhered to
K- Interact with key business and IT stakeholders to proactively identify business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed with innovative technology solutions
L- Ensure Key security metric within acceptable threshold
M- Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives for all Identity and Access Management Programme
N- Innovate, design, and build reliable core security solutions for business environments that enforce security policy through design
O- Identify opportunities for further enhancements and refinements to security standards and processes
Oversee Teams Engagement Schedule And Resource Utilization
A- Enhance, improve, and streamline Identity Access Management service controls within environment
B- Grow, develop, and retain direct reports
C- Responsible for personnel performance and escalations
D- Manage Vendors Team working on project for task delivery
Vendor Management
A- Maintain relationship with managed security services vendor leadership to ensure effective implementation and operation of security programs, ongoing support and deployment of competent resources
B- Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of vendor standard operating procedures/ run book in line with SBI Card policies standards
C- Provide technical program management expertise and oversight over vendor teams
D- Monitor vendor SLAs, perform regular review with vendor management and report to SBI Card leadership
Stakeholder Management
This role requires strong skills to discuss technical non-technical aspect with business, IT stakeholders , compliance and audits
Internal Stakeholders: All business function, Internal Audits, Compliance, Information technology function including its vendor Senior leaders like CIO, CTO, CISO , DPO
External Stakeholders: Vendor Team, External Auditors
Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role)
A- Successful number of adoption and implementation of Business applications with IAM and other security projects
B- Successful management of PIM Operations
C- Increase in maturity of IAM and PIM Program (Adoption Capabilities).
D- Delivery of project plans, milestone updates, presentations, assessment reports and communications to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
E- Adherence to Financial budgets and allocations
F- No NC/major observation in Internal/external audits
G- No business disruption due to unauthorized access to Information system
Skills Sets Required
A- IAM, PAM domain knowledge with capabilities to integrate core security/IT/Business solutions.
B- Extensive knowledge of LDAP authentication methods, processes and tools
C- Experience on Oracle IAM tool and processes.
D- Deep understanding of Privilege Access Management capability from vendor OEMs like ARCON, CyberArk etc.
E- Prior experience with SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, Unix, Microsoft AD, and MFA desired.
F- Strong knowledge and understanding of enterprise IT Systems, cloud infrastructure and security principles and technologies
G- Ability to adapt to changes in the original project plans; effectively communicates changes or delays to team members and key stakeholders
H- Strong leadership skills with ability to impact individual project direction through influence and collaboration.
I- Highly proactive and results oriented with proven track record of success in all phases of project development.
J- Ability to establish and communicate work load prioritization within and between project teams.
K- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
L- Strong experience in Project management, problem solving and operationalization of resources
M- Excellent Documentation, Communication, presentation, interpersonal and leadership Skills
N- Ability willingness to support in 24*7 operations/support as required by organization
