Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer with a strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in IAM systems, specializing in development, customizations, and configurations.

This role will involve implementing, managing, and optimizing IAM systems across enterprise environments, contributing to the security and compliance of Fortune 500 companies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and configure Identity & Access Management solutions for enterprise environments.

- Customize IAM systems to meet unique business requirements and compliance mandates.

- Manage the integration of IAM solutions across on-premise, virtual, and cloud-based platforms.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues while ensuring system performance and security.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IAM best practices.

- Monitor IAM system performance, identify areas of improvement, and provide solutions.

- Conduct periodic system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM technologies and security standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management systems.

- Proficiency in development, customizations, and configurations of IAM platforms.

- Strong knowledge of technologies and protocols, including :

1. IAM Tools : SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or similar.

2. Programming Languages : Java, Python, or PowerShell.

3. Protocols : LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos.

4. Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

5. Database Management : SQL, Oracle, or similar databases.

- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SailPoint Certified Engineer, or equivalent.

- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Prior experience working in a global organization or with Fortune 500 clients.
