About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SailPoint Developer to join our growing team. As a Senior SailPoint Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing identity and access management solutions using the SailPoint IdentityNow platform.
You will be responsible for ensuring secure and compliant access to critical systems and data across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement custom connectors and integrations for various applications and systems within SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Develop and maintain custom rules, workflows, and policies for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification.
- Configure and administer SailPoint IdentityNow, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint implementations.
- Lead the application onboarding process, gathering requirements from application owners and ensuring seamless integration with SailPoint.
- Work closely with application owners and IT teams to understand and document access requirements.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR) during the onboarding process.
- Implement and maintain effective identity and access management controls, including least privilege access, separation of duties, and access certifications.
- Analyze security risks and vulnerabilities related to identity and access.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve identity and access security posture.
- Collaborate effectively with IT teams, application owners, and security professionals.
- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the overall success of identity and access management initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in identity and access management technologies and best practices.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions to enhance the identity and access management program.
Qualifications :
Essential :
- 7+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (or IIQ).
- Strong expertise in SailPoint development, including custom connector development, Java, and BeanShell scripting.
- Experience with application onboarding, provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification processes.
- In-depth understanding of identity and access management concepts, including RBAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
