Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint IIQ Senior Developer/Engineer with expertise in integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) with ServiceNow, particularly with the Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) modules. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing automation, improving workflow efficiency, and optimizing asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

SailPoint IIQ Development :

- Design, develop, and implement custom SailPoint IIQ solutions based on business requirements.

- Configure Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) policies, roles, and entitlements.

- Customize and extend workflows, rules, and connectors in SailPoint IIQ.

ServiceNow Integration :

- Integrate SailPoint IIQ with ServiceNow SAM and HAM modules.

- Develop integration points for asset lifecycle management.

- Automate processes related to asset provisioning, tracking, and compliance.

Collaboration and Troubleshooting :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (security, IT operations, business units).

- Analyze and resolve integration issues efficiently.

Documentation and Reporting :

- Maintain detailed technical documentation for integrations.

- Generate reports on asset management, identity lifecycle, and governance.

Testing and Deployment :

- Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure performance and functionality.

- Deploy and support SailPoint IIQ-ServiceNow integrations in production environments.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest releases, updates, and best practices for SailPoint IIQ and ServiceNow.

- Propose and implement improvements to workflows and integration strategies.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with ServiceNow, especially SAM and HAM modules.

- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, RESTful APIs, and web services.

- Familiarity with integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, and LDAP.

- Knowledge of ITIL best practices, particularly in asset and incident management.

- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications in SailPoint IdentityIQ and ServiceNow.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow API and custom connector development.

- Experience integrating cloud platforms and SaaS applications.
