SAP TPM Consultant - MM/SD Modules (10-20 yrs)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP TPM Consultant with strong expertise in Trade Promotion Management and its integration with other SAP modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing SAP TPM solutions to manage and enhance trade promotions effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- SAP TPM Implementation : Design, configure, and deploy SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solutions based on business requirements.

- Promotion Planning & Execution : Develop and manage trade promotions, including budgeting, discounts, and rebates.

- Integration : Collaborate with teams to integrate SAP TPM with SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FICO, and SAP BW/BI for seamless data flow and reporting.

- Customization : Create and enhance TPM functionalities using ABAP and SAP HANA.

- Optimization : Analyze promotion effectiveness and provide recommendations to optimize trade promotion ROI.

- Reporting & Analytics : Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, cost tracking, and promotional effectiveness using SAP BW/BI.

- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues related to SAP TPM configurations, workflows, and integrations.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align trade promotion strategies with business goals.

- Documentation : Prepare functional and technical documentation for TPM configurations and custom developments.

Required Skills :

Core Expertise :

- In-depth knowledge of SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM).

- Experience in promotion planning, budgeting, and effectiveness analysis.

SAP Integration :

- Strong experience with SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FICO, and SAP BW/BI modules.

- Proficiency in data integration and workflows.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in ABAP for custom development.

- Familiarity with SAP HANA for real-time analytics.

Functional Skills :

- Expertise in business process mapping and creating functional specifications.

- Strong analytical skills for reporting and decision-making.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Experience :

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in SAP TPM implementation and support.

- Hands-on experience with SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FICO integration.

- Prior experience in trade promotion optimization and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP TPM Certification or related certifications in SAP SD, SAP MM, or SAP FICO.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred).

- Familiarity with industry best practices for trade promotions.
