There is 7 days work culture, no festival holidays no govt holdiays long hours of work. No work life balance There is no mental peace, Inspite of doing all this its hard to achive your target. Bottom level employees are not sticking to the job because no holiday culture and wrost treatment from the management. The wrost part is management is not even worried to improve the work culture.
