Job Description
1. *Gold Loan Origination*: Evaluate and process gold loan applications from customers, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
2. *Customer Engagement*: Interact with customers to understand their financial needs, provide information about gold loan products, and offer personalized solutions.
3. *Gold Valuation*: Assess the value of gold ornaments or coins pledged as collateral, using specialized equipment and expertise.
4. *Loan Disbursement*: Disburse loan amounts to eligible customers after verifying the authenticity and value of the gold collateral.
5. *Loan Recovery*: Monitor and follow up on loan repayments, taking necessary actions to recover overdue amounts.
6. *Compliance*: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
