Profile Summary

A highly detail-oriented and experienced Gold Auditor with a strong background in auditing and assessing gold assets, transactions and inventory management. With in-depth knowledge of gold trading, market fluctuations, and industry standards, specialize in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and transparency of gold-related transactions. Proven ability to conduct thorough audits, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to optimize gold procurement, storage, and reporting processes. Excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in clear, concise reports.

Job Title: Gold Auditor

Education: Bachelors degree required (Graduation)

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Gold Appraisal/Gold Audit

Location: Mumbai (western line- Andheri, Bandra, Santacruz, Goregaon, Borivali, Mira Road)/ Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute internal and external audit engagements
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to senior management
• Review and evaluate internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies and procedures
• Identify and recommend areas for process improvement and risk mitigation
• Ensure adherence to audit methodology and standards
• Collaborate with other audit professionals and departmental leaders to ensure effective risk management and compliance
• Knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy

Skills & Persona:

• Must be able to identify quality & purity of Gold in any form by manual process.
• Calculation of Gold valuation pledged by customer. Should be able to maintain accounting processes, records for Gold Loan transactions.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in managing the Gold Appraisal.
• High level of adaptability, flexibility and effectiveness in handling multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
