Role & responsibilities

• Qualification: Minimum Graduate.

• Designation & Experience:-

• Gold Loan Officer : 0 - 1 year experience in banking asset products or gold loan sales (Freshers are also eligible).

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate gold jewelry for purity and weight

- Determine loan amounts based on gold valuation

- Process loan applications and disburse funds

- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries

- Maintain accurate records and reports

- Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in gold loan or related industry

- Strong knowledge of gold valuation and market trends

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
