Explain the gold loan process, terms, and conditions to customers. Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and promptly.

Evaluate the quality and purity of gold brought by customers. Calculate the loan amount based on the value of the gold. Ensure accurate entry of customer and loan details in the system.

Collect and verify necessary documents from customers. Maintain records of loan applications, approvals, and disbursements. Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of pledged gold.
