Bank giving good opportunity for employees. But the higher management level Is very toxic. Other banks decline Ujjivan employees before interview itself. I don't know why it's happening

Organisation is good employee friendly but there are skip level manager who spoil play with careers of their subordinates. CH branch banking are having perception issue with team members. Skip level manager does not bother about their subordinates career growth and promotion. I don't like it's just compulsion, that's why I am doing it.

I am working in the gym sector, there is a lot of pressure here regarding the target and the work, because of this one is not able to live a mental life, the salary is very low, the managers here rise a lot of pressure, do not explain in the right way, due to which they insult themselves, whether you tell anyone or you tell the higher management, it does not make any difference.

I feel very happy I learn more about banking and I developed my skills but management side branch side over politics no support now but past my A.M somu sir give full support and ideas he analysis field activities but now no more still we know about field and support to CRO'S but I still miss this bank . Because this bank give me one royalty .
