Air - Operations, Executive To Management

Your Primary Role:

• Manage shipments end-to-end operations from booking at origins and co-ordination

with delivery agent at destination including all documentation related activities for the

single shipment

• Booking Creation- Liaise with airlines / carriers for cargo booking -
• Submission of booking received from the liner to the shipper along with details on

vessel schedule and various cut off details -

• Revenue & Cost Updation in CW1
• Documentation related activities like SI/AMS/ISF/VGM filing & finalization of MBL &
• Follow up for connections and transshipment details through liner websites and with

service providers after sailing to avoid penalties on AMS and other documentation

related activities -

• Release of HBL or MBL to Customers once approved by Finance
• Pre-alerts to customer/overseas agents
