Air Pricing Manager/ Sr. Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing - Air Exports

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for air Export shipments and communicate them to the sales team and customers.
• Develop and implement air export pricing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust pricing accordingly.
• Negotiate rates with air carriers and other service providers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create competitive price proposals.
• Maintain and update pricing Dasboards and records.
• Prepare and present pricing reports to senior management.
• Recieve and complete IATA Cass billing .
• Raise approvals for exceptions and adhoc billings.
• Accompany sales team to meet Air Export customers for business growth.
• Work on Tenders and complete RFQ.
• Ensure compliance with international air transport regulations.
• Address and resolve customer queries regarding pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Work closely with operations teams to streamline processes.
• It will be an individual contributor role. Should have excellent relationships with Airlines for day to day pricing

Pricing - Air Imports

• Develop and maintain air import pricing for inbound shipments based on market trends, cost analysis, and client requirements.
• Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to ensure that the company's air import rates remain competitive.
• Collaborate with airline carriers, freight forwarders, origin agents and other stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms and rates.
• Work with the operations team to evaluate and optimize costs associated with air import logistics.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for air import shipments and communicate them to the sales team and customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align on customer-specific pricing and ensure that pricing structures are in line with company objectives.
• Maintain detailed records of pricing data, vendor contracts, and any other relevant documentation in a systematic manner.
• Provide regular pricing reports and analysis to senior management to track profitability, costs, and market trends.
• Address and resolve customer queries regarding pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Raise approvals for exceptions and adhoc billings.
• Accompany sales team to meet Air Export customers for business growth

Desired Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of air import/export processes and pricing mechanisms

.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Experience with freight forwarding software and pricing tools is a plus

- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
