Responsibilities

• Ensure manifestation of all import shipments on the receiving of AWB & Manifest by same day. Ensure flaw-less documentation and Min 95% productivity
• Handling Air Import spot shipment by using internal software
• Supporting Air export operations like AWB creation, Sharing Pre-alert, coordinating with overseas.
• Adherence to ISO requirements
• Audit and Update Milestones in internal software on Daily Basis.
• Take responsibility on all of Air Import Examination in case of OD/Damage
• Ensure to issue delivery order as per CAF or against CAN payment.
• Ensure to collect BRO prior to DO Release
• Updating of shipment status and ensure cargo flow in pipeline
• Maintenance of authentic DSR and MIS Report"
• Ensure to provide quotations to all enquiries received
• AI To internal customer and External Customer
• DDU/DDP enquiries: within 1day(within 2 hours)
• Updating MRTs monthly
• Update Quote Log on Daily Basis"
• Onboard 1-2 New Customers Every month Through Deep Selling.
• Provide Sales Lead to our Sales Team for Onboard of New Business
• Be a lead Manager in the customer interface supporting the Operations Manager
• To develop MIS reports for various accounts and monitor the performance
• Customer Relationship Management
• Open to meet customers and address their queries.
