Desired Candidate Profile -

• Timely Fulfilment of manpower requirements across warehouses.
• Get the Certification of Audit for new offices/warehouses".
• Ensure 100% Labour compliance, monthly return, annual return etc.by all Vendors.
• Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program.
• Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.
• Proactively conduct audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses.
• Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk.
• Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
• Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
• Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
• Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals
• Maintaining the registration records of all offices and warehouses, checking the applicability of new offices and warehouses, preparing, arranging and submitting the documents in labour office or online for registration/renewal, handling the notices/inspections,
• Maintaining the records of all branches, registration, making & submitting the challan/returns to Labour Welfare Commissioner of respective states.
• Maintaining the registration records, checking the applicability, preparing, arranging & submitting the documents to labour commissioner for registration/renewal, Preparing & Issuing the FORM-V to contractors and ensure the Labour License obtain by the contractors.
• Arranging the quotation if required and handling the inspections.
• Maintaining the records of applicable branches, preparing, arranging the documents for registration, submitting the challan/returns.
• Knowledge of legal requirements and controls .
• Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
• Excellent communication skills .
