Roles and Responsibilities
Manage contract labour management in shifts, ensuring compliance with Factory Act and labor laws.
Oversee canteen & Transport operations in shifts.
Handle IR issues related to statutory compliance.

MIS updating and bill processing.
Ensure timely submission of reports on labor compliance and adherence to regulations.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth execution of activities.

Contract labour time office management in shifts.

Grievance handling & coordination.
