Executive/Associate - Manufacturing

Role & responsibilities:

• Carry out process as per production plan.
• Manage shift and handling equipment in the shift operations to achieve the targets.
• Adherence to quality and safety requirements.
• Highlight any safety/ quality concerns to the respective in - charges and carry out actions as required.
• On time defect communication to concern team.
• Carry out Quality Assurance checks in line with SOPs and control plans and maintain records.
• Train new member's in inspection and X- ray process.
• Online closure of all appropriate process registers.
• Maintain discipline in the floor & Plant.
• Participation in improvement activities like suggestion, Kaizen, QCC and innovation programs.
