He should have the CNC application knoweldges Turning and VMCs
- He should be capable to write and execute the CNC Turning and VMC programs for new parts
- He should be having the Autocad knoweldge to make the CNC programs
- He should be capable of preparing process instructions and work instructions
- He should have the knoweldge on engineering processes
- He should be capable of preparing the process stage drawings
- He should have cutting tools selection knoweldge and fixturing knoweldge
- He should have the SAP knoweldge
- He should be capable to handle new machines inspection and trails suppliers end to prove out the process
- He should be capable to study the new drawings receiving from different customers
- He should be capable of calculating the cycle time required to complete the job
- He should be capable of establishing the complete process
- He should be capable to make the shop floor layout
- He should have the computer knoweldge
- He should be capable of new process development, qualification and validation
- He should be capable to commissioning of new machines coordinating with suppliers
- He should be capable of planning and execution of activities
- He should be capable of trouble shooting on process
