Customer Service Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge of placing bookings with Shipping lines Online/ Inttra/ Mannual( if required)
• Timely coordination with agent / shipper / Liners for shipment status , bookings , cut off & container gate in status.
• Following up with shipper for SI drafts
• Communication with Internal team and inter departments for Import/ Exports consignments handled by Team
• Should have knowledge of handling Cross country/ Third country shipments
• Knowledge of what is Switch Bl & how it is handled
• Knowledge of handling Nomination shipments
• Basic knowledge of sending rate quotation & checking online rates ( will be addon)
• Job Creation in System

Qualification: Bachelors degree

Experience: At least 2 - 3 years experience in shipping, customer service on freight forwarder business or shipping

Skills & Key Competencies:

Good communication Skills

Have computer skills, hardworking and patient.

Have a serviced mind and be able to work under pressure.

Shift Timings- 8.00am-4.30 pm
